We are pleased to say that we ship to every state in the US! Unfortunately, there are some limitations on what can be shipped to California, Idaho, Iowa, Texas, and Utah. The items with state specific limitations are noted in the product descriptions. If the notice is missed, you will be notified if there is an item in your order that we are unable to ship due to restrictions within specific states. State specific regulations are listed below:

  • California: Prohibits hemp products intended for inhalation including hemp flower and pre-rolls. Purchasers of hemp products for human consumption must be at least 21 years of age.  
  • Idaho: Zero THC Rule restricts processed hemp products from being sent to the state.
  • Iowa: Restricts consumable hemp products, including topicals, and products intended for inhalation. Hemp flower must be labeled, "this is a raw or dried agricultural commodity not suitable or intended for human consumption in conjunction with Iowa Code section 204.14A, subsection 1, paragraph “b” or “c”. " There is also an age limit of 21 for consumable hemp products.
  • Texas: Restricts distribution of consumable hemp products, including topicals, to licensed retailers only. 
  • Utah: Products intended for inhalation are prohibited. and there are restrictions on selling cannabinoid products.

We do our best to label items that have restrictions in specific states so that customers know in advance that an item is ineligible for shipment to their state. 

We understand the value of discretion for our customers when shipping your orders. All orders are shipped in a discreet box with Living LLC as the sender. Hemp flower orders are bagged in a vacuum sealed bag for shipment and include COAs.

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Our team packs and seals each order as it comes in, to preserve freshness and quality for our customers.

Hemp Kissed ships packages via USPS or UPS, depending on the contents of the order and the delivery time chosen at the time the order is placed. Hemp Kissed is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customer’s address, lost in transit, or not delivered or seized. We are not responsible for packages stolen from your mailbox or doorstep. If you live in a highly-congested neighborhood, we recommend following your tracking to anticipate the delivery of your order. We do provide package protection insurance which enables us to work with your local carriers and ensure we can investigate if a package is delayed or if something should occur during shipping.

If a customer has an issue with delivery, all problems must be reported in writing within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Delivery dates may be found and recorded through the tracking numbers associated with the order. By proceeding with a purchase on our site, customers acknowledge and agree that consumable products will not be replaced due to personal dissatisfaction or differing effects, as individual responses to cannabinoids vary. The delivery time for your order depends on which shipping method chosen for your order. Orders can take up to two business days to prepare for shipment. Standard shipping generally takes 2-5 business days to delivery once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier and depends on the delivery location. Shipping time estimate begin when your shipment is picked up by the shipping carrier. We will email you a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

If you are curious about the status of your order in its fulfillment or shipping process, please know that we send communications to the email used to place the order. Confirmation emails may sometimes go into a customer’s spam or promotions folder, depending upon the settings within your email platform. These notifications are also meant for you to fully review the details you have entered for your billing and shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier associated with your shipment. The tracking information provided for your order will indicate the shipping carrier used for your order. USPS can be contacted by calling 800-ASK-USPS. UPS can be contacted by calling  800-742-5877.

Limits on Cancellations and Deliverability Expectation

In cases where delivery is repeatedly unsuccessful despite our efforts to suggest alternative pickup methods, such as using another address or retrieving the package from a local postal hub, we reserve the right to amend our level of support. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional products, and if repeated delivery issues occur without proactive action from the customer, or from a collective residence, we will be unable to offer additional support.

Our dedication lies in ensuring that each customer receives their desired products promptly and efficiently. However, in cases where greater than two delivery issues persist within a calendar year without corresponding proactive steps taken by the customer, we must consider our obligations in the transaction fulfilled. Should package protection have been purchased in such instances, we will refund this portion of the order as it is determined that the support needed lies beyond our capacity and recommendations.
